KANSAI TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER KYOTO
Certified as a category 3 Tourist Information Center by the JNTO, we are an information center focused on giving tourism information solely to visitors to Japan.
Our collection of travel information from all over the country allows us to provide tourism information not just for Kyoto, but for the whole of Japan. We also sell passes for shinkansen, JR Line trains and private railways and we offer arrangements for domestic flight tickets, hotels and traditional ryokan inns, as well as for bus tours exclusively for visitors to Japan. Additionally, all of our staff can speak English, and we also have staff that can speak Chinese (Pekingese, Cantonese).- Services Available:

Free Wi-Fi is available on Keihan 8000 and 3000 series trains.
Use Keihan Free Wi-Fi while travelling! Wi-Fi equipment located on the trains provides internet connections while the train is moving and stopped. The maximum time for each connection is 90 minutes.

Precautions for locker use
- Locker access hours are from the first train departure until the final train of the day (some exceptions apply.)
- An additional day charge accumulates after 1 a.m.
- Lockers may be rented for up to three days. Items that have not been collected after three days will be stored by Keihan Electric Railway at a separate location for up to 30 days. Items left beyond 30 days will be disposed of according to the Terms of Use.
- Please note that locker dimensions may vary slightly depending on the installation location.

An inquiry about lost articles can be made at any Keihan station.

Precautions
- You are responsible for your own transportation expenses when you claim a lost article.
- When claiming a lost article, please be sure to bring an ID (a document that verifies your name and address issued by a public institution) with you.
- If someone else claims a lost article on your behalf, he / she will need to show a letter of proxy that you have written and his / her own ID (a document verifying his / her name and address issued by a public institution).
- If lost articles comprise food, etc., we may dispose of them before the storage period ends.
