What is "Sake Brewery Tourism"?

Sake brewery tourism is a style of tourism in which visitors go to sake breweries to learn about the processes and history of sake brewing.
Sake is a traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage that is made from rice and water, and sake breweries can often be found in areas with good quality water. Experience the profound world of sake through usually unavailable events such as a private sake brewery tour and the opportunity to harvest rice at a rice farm.
