The Kansai Thru Pass gives you unlimited rides on trains and buses throughout the Kansai area, including Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga (Mt. Hiei), Nara, Kobe, and Wakayama. (It cannot be used on JR train lines.)
There are two types: a 3-day pass and a 2-day pass. Passes are not sold at Keihan Railway facilities.
